This game has been shamelessly stolen from AoMH's resident games guru; Briguy. But he actually let me do it this time as I won with £1,000,047

Russian Roulette is a lethal game that originated in Russia and was most commonly played around the time of the Cold War, although it is still very popular today. It involves putting at least one bullet in a six shot revolver, spinning it and then pulling the trigger at your head. There's a 16.67(x)% chance you will shoot yourself. Many people made bets on who would live and die in game rounds, and sabotage is usually rife.

Now obviously Briguy had to make a lot of changes to make this work on an online forum. The normal game has only 2 people, but this will have as many as I can possibly get. I have also stolen Briguy's ingenious money betting system.
This game will be played with real guns, but instead of pointing them at yourself, you will be pointing them at Hook.

The ever delightful Samantha would be here to make sure the betting goes smoothly. Unfortunately she is unable to join us. Samantha is off on a dinner date with a gentleman friend from Moscow, who's brought over a variety of caviars and a rare vodka-based apperitif. She says he's going to offer her delicious food in her hotel room, and then liqour out on the balcony...

How does the game work?
Each comrade will start with 1,000 rubles (P). I will use random.org to decide on the turn order. When it's your turn, you must decide how many government approved bullets (1 to 5) you would like to use in the 6 shot revolver (the more you use the more money you can make). After you post how many bullets you want, everyone will begin to make bets on you dying. You must make a bet of at least P50. Once everyone makes their bets, I will use random.org to see if you survive or not. If you survive, you collect everyone's bets multiplied by your number of bullets squared (so if you collected 300 with 2 bullets than you would get 4 times 300). The betters do not pay the additional multiplied cost, just you receive it from the bank of Moscow. However if the you die and get shot, you lose, and everyone receives their betting money back multiplied by 6/# of bullets used. After the 1st comrade's turn the next comrade on the list will go and so on. The comrade alive with the most money wins a job with Putin.

Also on your turn, instead of placing a bet, you may purge yourself. Purging pulls you out of the game with the amount of money you have. By purging you can no longer play but you can't die either, so make sure you have a lot of money before you purge. You can only purge on your turn. After you have been purged, you will be sent out to roam the frozen wastelands by yourself, so you want as many rubles as you can get.

Bonus Round:
There will be two bonus rounds for extra cash that I will announce during the game. You do not have to play them if you do not want to, but you can still die.

Sabotage:
After each comrade has had one turn, the least well off will have the option of sabotage. The comrade will be presented with 2 options that could be used to boost his money, or lower another comrade's. The effects of sabotage vary a lot, so watch out for it! If you are the comrade who will be given the power to sabotage, you will receive an email. Sometimes your choices will be explained, and sometimes they won't be.

Rules:
Place your number of bullets you want and/or bets in bold or they will not count.
You can't put 6 or 0 bullets in your gun.
As the piles of money get higher, I might raise the P50 minimum bet.
Once you pick your number of bullets/bet, you can't change it.
If it's your turn, you can't bet on yourself.
You can't bet fractions of rubles, they're not worth anything.
If you're inactive on a turn, you will be injected with polonium and auto bet P50, you will not receive the extra money if that person dies. If you get injected with polonium three times, you will die.
I have the right to change any rules at any time.
